Job Tags | Zapier Updates | PO Update | Bug Fix
This release expands the tagging functionality that was previously only permitted on Customer accounts to Jobs, adds the ability to send Line Items on Zapier triggers, adds a date field to the current Purchase Order form and provides updates to recently reported bugs within the Sera Admin Portal.
Job Tags
Job Tags allow you to categorize and organize jobs within Sera, making it easier to filter, track and manage work more efficiently. Tags appear as visual labels on jobs, helping teams quickly identify specific job types, priorities, or special requirements. By using Job Tags, you can improve scheduling, reporting, and workflow management.

Zapier Updates
We've enhanced our existing Zapier triggers by adding detailed line item information for Quotes and Invoices from your Sera account. Now, the Quote Accepted, Quote Denied, and Invoice Accepted triggers will include line item details such as name, quantity and price, allowing you to track and report on specific services quoted or sold and automate actions in Zapier based on individual line items. These updates will give you more control and flexibility to streamline your workflows and gain a deeper insight into your business activities.

PO Update
Existing Purchase Order functionality within the Sera Admin Portal has been updated to now allow you to control the date that the Purchase Order shows that it was created. This will give you additional flexibility in your account to track accurate dates for orders and to allow you to adjust and correct dates after entry.

Bug Fix
- Fixed an issue where attempting to print using the browser's printing functionality yielded blank pages
