Unlike other FSM integrations with CAMP Digital, which target an appointment count to squint at capacity and require manual adjustment throughout the day, Sera’s integration leverages automation from our schedule board to reflect true availability and focus on filling all working hours. You will have a self-managed CAMP Digital portal to truly manage the power of the integration.
Integrating Sera and CAMP Digital
To integrate your accounts with Sera and CAMP Digital, navigate to the CAMP Digital card in Company --> Marketplace.
Copy the API Key found within the card.
Log into your CAMP Digital Portal
Copy the API key into the Sera Integrations section
Update the department mapping to the different service groups. These are managed by CAMP Digital.
Note: Enabling the integration will automatically pass over the booked vs capacity count per Service Group. This cannot be overridden on the CAMP Digital side. Adjustments will need to be made using other controls on the CAMP Digital side. From there the integration is complete and no further action is needed on the Sera side.
