Inventory Product Usage
A report is now available in the Inventory section to detail products that have been used. Once a product tracked in Inventory is used on an approved quote, it will appear in this report as a type of Hold. Once the invoice is approved, the type will adjust to Normal. If the invoice is voided, the status will change to Void.
The report will contain the date of the invoice, invoice number, line item name (task name), job number, customer name, product name, quantity, type and inventory location.
