Getting started with Inventory in Sera is done in 2 easy steps!
First, Create a Location
You can create a location manually within Company --> Inventory --> Locations or you can use the Vendor Product upload to create Locations as you update the inventory numbers of that Location.
Next, add your current inventory numbers to your products
You will download your current Product list by Vendor by visiting Company --> Inventory --> Vendors --> Download Products on the Vendor row. You can add the Warehouse Location name, current on-hand quantity, and a reorder point to the sheet.
Note: you can add this product to be tracked at multiple locations by adding additional lines of that product within the sheet.
Save the sheet and upload through Company --> Inventory --> Vendors --> Upload Products. Ensure that you check the box to update inventory numbers.
You are now tracking inventory on those products within your Sera account!
