Our integration with QuickBooks Online will not only give you access to batch over invoices, payments and refunds but will also give you single click access into those items that have been successfully synced, including access into the customer.
Those items with a QB icon next to them have been successfully linked in QuickBooks. Clicking the icon for invoices or customers will direct you to that item in your QuickBooks account, assuming that you are logged into a valid QuickBooks login for your account with the proper permissions. Please keep in mind that the QuickBooks integration with Sera does not manipulate your permissions found within QuickBooks. If there are access issues with QuickBooks, you will continue to address those with your QuickBooks admin.
Unlinking Tasks
There are also QB icons found next to Tasks, Memberships and Warranty Programs. Should you notice in your account that those are linked to an item in QuickBooks that was unintended, there is now an 'Unlink' option. Selecting the Unlink hyperlink will attempt to send over that item as if it has never been sent before on the next Invoice where that item exists. It will link to an existing item with the same character-for-character matched name, or if no match exists, it will create a new item within your QuickBooks file. Please keep in mind that, if the item has to be created, it will use the default account for Income found in your Company --> Marketplace connection for QuickBooks Online. You are free to change that within your QuickBooks account after it is created and it will use your updated Income account going forward.
