A payment method can be easily saved on file for a customer. Access their Customer account through Customer Service and click the pencil icon to edit the Payment Method details.
Note: you must have either Sera Payments by Stax or GPI enabled in your Marketplace in order to store credit cards or ACH methods on file. You must be approved and enter credentials to use ACH and/or credit cards.
If you are receiving an error message adding a saved payment method to a customer's account please verify the card details and your credentials in the Marketplace for your merchant services provider.
