To add additional service categories into your Sera account, you will access the Services page from the applicable department.
Selecting the +Add Service button will allow you to add a name (must be unique for your Sera account), the appointment time (in minutes) and a priority.
Note: High priority appointments could bump normal priority appointments to allow for those higher value calls to be scheduled.
There is also a Customer Visible checkbox. Selecting to make the service 'Customer Visible' will allow for this service to be presented on the Customer Portal for scheduling and on the Widget on your website. If you do not have this service marked as 'Customer Visible' your internal office staff will be the only ones who can schedule for that service and communication to your customer will not go out about that appointment being scheduled. Mostly these will be used for duplicate appointments, follow ups or other items that you might not necessarily want your customers to be forewarned about.
