Users will now be able to customize their appointment windows!
To customize your arrival window, navigate to Company ---> Settings and change your Custom Arrival Window to fit whatever you need! More information can be found in our article on Custom Arrival Windows.
Changing your Custom Arrival Window will adjust any messaging around arrival windows that currently exists for the customer, the admins, and the technicians using the system.
