Users must provide the Sera Team with a copy of their data entered in our Data Templates to import data into Sera. To obtain the templates, contact your account manager at Sera or email help@sera.tech
Follow the instructions below to extract data from your old system, and use the information to populate the templates given to you by your account manager.
Customer Data
- Generate a report that will have customer contact information - full name, email address, phone number, address(es)
- This will need to be in Excel/CSV format and have headers clearly marking what data is included in the column
Job History
- Generate a report that will have the job history, including invoice information - customer name, invoice/job number, job totals, line items, etc.
- This will need to be in Excel/CSV format and have headers clearly marking what data is included in the column
