Zapier's web interface creates commands called zaps. Each zap is composed of two main parts: a trigger and an action. A trigger is where the automation starts. You can think of this as the "if this happens..." part of the zap. The action is the performance result of the trigger. You can think of this as the "... then this." part of the zap. Zapier Triggers:
Appointment Cancelled - triggers when a new appointment is cancelled
Appointment Created - triggers when a new appointment is created
Appointment Rescheduled - triggers when a new appointment is rescheduled
Technician Started Trip - triggers when a technician hits "Start Trip" in the Technician App
Customer Created - triggers when a new customer is created
Invoice Accepted - triggers when an invoice is accepted
Job Status Updated - triggers when a job status changes
Quote Accepted - triggers when a quote is accepted
Quoted Denied - triggers when a quote is denied
End of Appointment - triggers when End Appointment is selected on the Technician App
