The Customer Portal gives your customers the opportunity to review their quotes anytime.
Clicking All Quotes will open a list view of any declined or open quotes on their account with options to Proceed with Service or View Quote. They can view and download the quote by selecting the View Quote link.
There is a button to Proceed with Service on both the list view and when viewing a quote. Clicking this button will open a pop-up showing the amount of the quote and by submitting they are notifying your company to contact them to schedule the work. The customer has the option to add notes and submit, or simply submit. Marking the quote with the Proceed with Service option will send an email to your admin staff who have selected to receive emails that the customer would like to go ahead with this quote. This will advise your staff to reach out to that customer to schedule the work.
