Sera users can now customize email templates sent from the system! Navigate to Company ---> Customizations and change the email templates that exist.
In addition, when sending invoice and quote emails from the admin portal, users can now customize those emails ad hoc style! Relay important and relevant custom information to your customers.
Finally, users can now select which invoices and payments need to be included in a batch. Are you still waiting on a payment or are unsure if a job is ready to batch over to Quickbooks? Unselect unnecessary items and only batch what you need! By default, all items on the Unbatched page are selected to ensure users accustomed to the batching process won't have to change their workflow. Uncheck the items that are not needed, and complete your batching process!
Additionally, we're updating some items in the Tech App! Kill and relaunch your app and you'll have the most updated version!
