When a Technician account is created in Sera, information is requested about the technician to be used for a variety of purposes, including communication with the customers, establishment of a 'home' location to be used by the scheduler, etc. The personal information collected is displayed in the Tech App by going to the menu icon in the upper left-hand corner next to your technician name, and selecting My Profile. This information includes the picture uploaded, if applicable, name, address, date of birth, date of hire, phone number, email address and license information.
