Once a quote has been signed, technicians should begin the work at the service location. Technicians can also accept payments, schedule a follow-up appointment or an inspection, or end an appointment, if necessary after a quote has been signed.
If a technician needs to leave the appointment and intends to return (i.e. running to a supply house to get a part), we recommend keeping the appointment running. Once an appointment is ended by the technician, they are unable to view that appointment again unless an office admin schedules another appointment for them.
