The Sold Line Items report displays the line item task detail on finalized invoices. This report will allow you to track tasks, memberships and warranty programs that are sold.
Our users will refer to this report for information on how frequently certain tasks are sold, for materials ordering purposes on their more frequent transactions and many other uses!
The Sold Line Items report gives the invoice date of the finalized invoice, the customer information including name, email, phone number, and address of the job, invoice and job number, opportunity owner, department of the job and task detail such as category of the task, the name, the quantity sold and the unit price of that task before any discounts or tax. There is a membership status filter at the top should you want to isolate the list of tasks for active members vs. non-members.
This report is able to be downloaded into Excel and is found in the Dispatch section of the Reports Center.
