The Appointment List report is one of our most referenced reports in our Reports Center. Our users regularly use this report to track how frequently certain services are booked, to view appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled, and to evaluate booking numbers of internal staff.
You can find the Appointments Report in the Dispatch section of the Reports Center.
This report contains appointment number, the date that the appointment was scheduled and the date and user who created the appointment (their type, i.e. customer vs. admin) and their name, the job number, customer details such as their name and the appointment address, the status of the appointment, technician currently assigned and department, the service category that was used to create this appointment and the revenue associated to that job. There is a three dots menu to the far right side with the options to edit the appointment, view the appointment, view the customer or view the appointment on the schedule.
