The dashboard is where a company's metrics are housed
Here, use the filters to pick which data set you would like to view. Filter departments, time periods, and compare the data to a specific period in time.
On the left is the performance summary, and graphs for Job Revenue, Memberships Sold, and Opportunities.
On the right is the technician leaderboard. See which technician is in the lead and all the other techs in descending order. Sort the list via Revenue, Jobs Sold, Close Rate, Avg Ticket, memberships and membership win rate to see where the techs fall in each category. Click on the āiā icon for an explanation of how metrics are calculated.
Many of the numbers and the technicians' names are in blue. This blue color indicates that the word or number is a clickable link. When clicked, it will show the data selected. This is true throughout the Sera portal: when the information is in blue, it is a clickable link.
Sometimes, archived technicians will appear on the Leaderboard. This is because the filter settings you've selected include data from the archived technicians. For example, if you are viewing data from the last quarter, it will show every technician who was an opportunity owner for the past three months - even if they have been achieved. Change the filter settings to ensure archived technicians no longer appear on the leaderboard. Most times, companies will wait a week or so and the archived technician will drop of the leaderboard.
On the graphs, click on a bubble in the line data to be taken to that data, in report form.
