Service History in your equipment will populate only if that equipment has been linked to tasks within an invoice in Sera.
There could be several reasons why your equipment will show no service history:
- the invoice is dated before service history was able to be captured on your account
- the equipment was not linked to an invoice
- the invoice is no active
If you want to update or add service history to your customer's equipment, you can click the wrench icon on any invoice in that customer's account, and link the equipment to the task(s) by selecting it from the dropdown in the Equipment Capture Wizard.
Once the equipment is linked, that job information will be present in the Service History of that piece of equipment.
