Deposit timing:
- Credit Card transactions - 2 business days
- ACH - 5 business days
Fees:
- Standard Credit Cards - 2.95% + $.20 per transaction (including AMEX)
- Standard ACH - 1.00% + $.20 per transaction
- Fees are charged monthly for easier reconciliation
- $10 Monthly PCI Maintenance Fee
- $20 Minimum Monthly Fee (if no transactions are processed for the month)

- CC transactions via the Tech App, Admin Portal, and Customer Portal (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex)
- ACH transactions via the Tech App, Admin Portal, and Customer Portal

Enrollment and Support:
- Begin your enrollment by completing the Sera branded enrollment form powered by Stax
- While Stax underwrites your account / verifies your banking eligibility, Sera will have visibility on the status of your application and can assist should issues arise.
- Once approved, a Sera Onboarding Team Member or Client Success Manager contact will configure your account in the Sera Admin Marketplace.
- Once configured, you are ready to start taking payments.
