Signing up for service and integrating the account with Sera will allow for interaction points called pulses to be sent to customers based on several actions such as a bio being sent on the technician when they mark that they are on the way to a customer’s location and a pulse check being sent at the end of the appointment.
PulseM will offer a separate client portal for your records with more detailed information about these pulses and the results.
