CallRail is a phone service that provides call tracking, reporting and lead center functionality to over 200,000 businesses. They provide for the management of all facets of phone communication for your business. During Onboarding, your Sera Onboarding Representative will reach out to CallRail on your behalf to identify you as a current Sera client, or contact their Sales department directly.
Signing up for service and integrating the account with Sera will allow for the tracking of calls within your Sera account, including the ability to track revenue earned associated to call sources set up in CallRail. The integration, covered in a future video, will also allow Sera to do the searching for you by reviewing your current customer database against the phone number that is calling, saving your admin staff a step in those valuable minutes spent on the phone with your customer.
CallRail will offer a separate client portal for your records with more detailed information about the calls and your phone numbers that are managed by the service.
