The Permits Menu housed under Dispatch is the home for any permits requested by the company.
Any technician in the field can request inspections when on site. Once the technicians request an inspection, an email is sent to the office, which communicates to the office which day the customer is available.
Once the inspection has been scheduled with the city, an admin can mark the permit status on the related Job. On the top right of a Job, click on Permit - N/A to change the permit status.
Change the status of the permit, update the permit information, or upload the permit if the company has received it.
After the permit status has been updated, jobs with updated permit information will appear in the Permits Report under Dispatch. Filter the report as necessary to view all permit-related information.
