The Coverage Area tab allows for the creation and management of your service area within the Company tab of your Sera account.
Adding a New Zip Code
To create a new addition to your service area, visit Company --> Coverage Areas.
You can add a new zip code to the coverage list, by clicking +Add Coverage Area.
Fill out the fields appropriately for City, State and Zip Code.
Clicking Create Coverage Area will add a new listing to your Coverage Area report.
Note: An Admin Portal user will be able to override the error message presented that the address attempting to be scheduled is outside of the account's coverage area. A customer will not be able to perform such an override and their contact information will be saved within the Out of Coverage report found in your Reports section for your information.
Maintenance of Zip Codes
You can access the Coverage Areas report at any time to make changes to your existing coverage areas or to delete a coverage area that you may no longer desire to service. Deleting the zip code will not allow any future appointments to be booked to addresses within that zip code.
You can download your service area list to Excel at any point by hitting the Download button.
