We work hard to keep our Help Center up-to-date and filled with information to get you answers quickly. The Help button at the bottom left of your Sera account contains a variety of helpful resources including Guided Tours, access to an article search, options to contact us by phone or email during our normal business hours and our newest feature - the ability to use an AI assistant to search through our resources and guide you to the answer! Ask a question or use a short few words of what you are looking for and it will pour over our resources for you!
If you aren't finding what you're looking for and need more assistance, you can send us an email or give us a call and we will be happy to help!
Additionally, users can click on the blue Help button and engage in a chat with our AI Assistant. Our AI is trained on articles in the knowledge base and can help with some problems. Clicking on the Help button and typing in the help widget will allow the AI to answer any Sera-related questions.
