This release focuses on quality of life improvements, bug fixes, and pricebook enhancements.
Benefits included in this release:
- The Pinned Reason field is still present across the Admin Portal, but the field is now optional.
- Why is a Pinned Reason no longer required?

- The Pinned Reason field is now optional to simplify the appointment creation process allowing the user to apply a Pinned Reason only if they choose. We recommend using the feature to provide context for dispatchers' or managers' decisions. You can review these later for coaching and training purposes.
- If the field is left blank, the Pinned Reason field will display as "--".

- Why is a Pinned Reason no longer required?
- We fixed a display issue with inconsistent dates on the Schedule Board if the Admin's computer is set to a different timezone than the Company's Account.
- The Technician's page under each department was updated to have search and sort functionality.
- We fixed an issue where the Tech App Leaderboard was not showing results for previous time periods.
- We fixed four pricebook issues:

- Modals (pop-up windows) were opening multiple times
- Selecting an item from a dropdown was not closing the dropdown
- Parts action menu was showing "Add Cost" instead of "Add Part"
- When using New Add Task, prior data would appear in field
