New Reports Menu
- Introducing a new Reports Menu to locate, view report usage and launch.
Relocated the following items to the new Reports Menu
Customer Portal
- Customers can now see a list of Quotes prepared for them when they are viewing their portal online. Only Quotes with status of Denied or Open will display.
- Customers have the option to "Proceed with Service". Selecting this action will allow the customer to add a comment with additional instructions and will send an automated email to admins who receive emails informing them that the customer would like to proceed with service for this quote.
Technician App
- Customer search will now display appointments and marketable quotes for the customer account.
- A full list of all quotes created from a customer account will appear in the tech app on the new quotes tab.
