Streamlined Customer Account Creation
Summary: Clients have previously advised that the customer creation process in Sera being split into two screens created an unnecessary break in their process. We listened and have combined those two screens into one sleek interface. Clients will now enter the Customer Contact information (name, email address and phone number) as well as Address information all on the same entry screen.
From this window, clients are now able to just add a new customer to their Customer database, or they can Save and move on to schedule an appointment for that customer from this same window.
Summary: A new page has been added Company --> Marketplace which will contain all integration options for the client previously located within the Company --> Settings tab. All current and future partner integrations will also be managed through this Marketplace page as Sera expands these options. Currently, you will see integration options available with GPI, PulseM, and our newest CallRail.
Summary: Company --> Memberships has been renamed Company --> Programs. The new Programs page will allow setup and configuration options to manage services such as memberships, warranties and others as they become available.
