You asked and we listened!
Sera is excited to announce that we have had a successful release last night and the following features are now live in your account!
- The email that is sent to your customers with their invoice information now has an updated subject line! You will now see that subject line contain your company’s name and the invoice number. This should lead to less confusion overall by your customers as it no longer references that you are confirming a payment was made.
- The equipment card within the customer’s account has been expanded to allow for the display of the last service date of that piece of equipment, the equipment type and the age of the oldest component. This is one of the final pieces necessary before the entirety of the expanded equipment capture model is released.
- The Customer Equipment Report has been updated to include the following columns to allow for better reporting:
o Model Number
o Serial Number
o Included Warranty
- The Opportunities Report has been updated to allow for proper functionality when searching for specific Lead Types and Lead Sources.
