New Integration - Zapier
Our integration with Zapier’s 5000+ applications is NOW LIVE!
The integration allows clients to set up triggers when a quote is accepted or denied. This functionality is available on the free or paid version of Zapier you can create zaps to automate tasks, some ideas include:
- Create automation without the complexity of programming or purchasing more software
- Notify your warehouse through email when quotes are accepted
- Create follow-up communication when a quote is denied via a text message or email
- Connect closed opportunities to recognition platforms such as CUES

Bug Fix
The notification (both alert and number) for To-Do list items has been fixed to display properly within the left hand sidebar of your Sera account.
