Equipment Capture Updates
Equipment capture has been expanded with industry leading capability to track both the entire system and its separate components! This new feature will also easily walk users through a workflow of replacing existing equipment on file including a new auto-archiving feature of the old, replaced equipment. This process will allow for a clean equipment list of only active equipment pieces.
The setup of equipment and component types, along with which tasks will remind your technicians to enter this equipment information, is customizable in your Sera Admin Portal. This updated equipment capture process will give you and your technicians a cleaner, more efficient way to build service history for specific equipment.
Enhanced reporting of equipment will now allow for the visibility into these pieces and the service history for future marketing and warranty related efforts.

Added Sold Line Item Report
Users in the Admin Portal will now have access to one of our most requested reports - the Sold Line Item report!
This report will give a glimpse into what tasks and programs were sold as a part of an invoice, and will be useful for several purposes including when tracking tasks that were completed as part of a membership, or when you would like to market to specific groups of your customers who you have previously done certain services for.
Users will be able to filter by Membership Status, Opportunity Owner, Org Level, Category, Invoice Date, and the Line Item and downloading to an Excel sheet is available.
Admin Support for Converting Generic Equipment
Admins and technicians are now able to merge generic equipment types from pre-existing equipment into a named newly created equipment type. This will allow existing or imported equipment to be merged together as a named equipment type. For example, if a customer's account shows Furnace, Coil, and Condenser for their equipment, they are able to combine those pieces of equipment to a single HVAC piece of equipment for tracking and reporting purposes.
Reporting Updates
Search Functionality on Invoices Tab Under Customer Details
Admin users will now be able to search by Invoice Number and Job Number in the Invoices section of the Customer account. This will allow admin portal users to more quickly search instead of scroll or use the page functionality to locate the specific invoice or job that they are looking for.
Search Functionality for Job Number on Revenue and Billing Reports
Admin portal users will now be able to search on Accounting → Revenue and Accounting → Billing by Job Number. This will allow for quicker and more efficient search in these reports, as you will no longer have to download the report in order to search by a job number.
