New Zapier Triggers | Customer Portal Invoice & Quote Viewer

Zapier | Added Invoice Accepted Zap
- Triggered when any invoice is accepted via signature, manual override or automatically (membership renewals)
- This zap includes the following fields and response(s):
- invoice_id - Invoice ID number

- discount_amount - Total discount amount on the invoice
- late_fee_amount - Total late fee amount on the invoice

- remaining_balance - Remaining balance on invoice (Balance Due)
- accepted_at - Date/Time the invoice was accepted/approved
- signature_overridden - Yes/No If the signature was manually overridden

- commission_designations - All commission designations for the job

Better Usability When Viewing Invoices/Quotes
We've added some improvements to the customer portal that will streamline your customer's ability to view multiple quotes and invoices.
- Viewing Invoices - Customers will be able to view Invoices inside the portal instead of having to download them. When viewing, they will still have the option to download. We've also added a link to go back to All Invoices to make navigation smoother.
- Viewing Quotes - Customers will now have a link to return to Quotes to help them review other quotes.
Other updates
- Fixed a bug in the Generic Equipment Conversion tool that prevented some generic equipment from being converted due to a timing issue
- Fixed a bug in the pricebook where the Active/All toggle would not take effect until the page was refreshed
- Updated the confirmation message when updating an opportunity to read "Job owner updated successfully!"
