Improved search, GA4 tags, tech app invoice sending, and Admin multi-photo upload.
Search Improvements
Users will now have improved speed, power, and specificity for searches in key tables by making searches column specific. The global search in the below areas has been replaced by field-level search boxes that can be used individually or together to further filter your data. The following tables will be improved this release with additional updates to follow in future releases:

GA4 Tag Configuration
Clients will now have the ability to enter their Google GA4 tags in Company > Customizations so that the Customer Portal will contain that tag. This will present two benefits: (1) You will have the ability to see user behavior on the Customer Portal, and (2) GA4 tags support cross-domain tracking, this ensures users on your website but within the sera widget or portal will not be viewed as a bounce. Overall, GA4 tags offer a more advanced and flexible analytics solution that can help you gain deeper insights into user behavior and drive better business outcomes.
NOTE: To ensure your analytics tracking from the widget works, you will need to update the GA tag within the widget on your website. We advise you to create a GA4 tag ahead of the July deadline set by Google and to update that GA4 tag in Company > Customizations to stay with the latest technology. Invoices | Allow Techs to send an invoice from the tech app
Technicians can now email a copy of the invoice to the customer from the Tech App by going to the Invoice > Send Email.
Admin | Allow admins to upload multiple photos at one time
Admins are now able to select multiple photos to be uploaded at the same time.
- Limit of 20 images per request
- Max file size per image is 20MB
- The window must be open while the upload completes. Users can have multiple tabs open at one time.
Bug Fixes and General Improvements
- An "Add Part" button will be added to the Parts page in the Pricebook. This will allow administrators to Add a Part without having to go to Organize in the Parts section.
- Fixed a bug where the pricesheet references on memberships were being dropped during editing.
