Customer UI Updates & Address Search, Payments Report, Task-Level Accounting Classes and More
Customer Account Updates
- Address cards on customer accounts have been reformatted to allow better display longer address names
- Users can now search by address on the Customer Account > Service History > Addresses section
- Relocated the "Add Address" button to the top right-hand side of the "Addresses" section
Updated Navigation
- Renamed the Reports > "Marketing" section to be Reports > "Customers"
- Removed the "Marketing" tab from the left main navigation menu
- Moved the "Promo Codes" report to Reports > Accounting
- Moved the "Out of Coverage Area" report to Reports > Customers
Transactions Data Export
Users now have the option of downloading transactions data from the transactions report located under Accounting > Payments.
Other updates
- Users can now set an Accounting Class at the task level to replace the department default
- Users can now set an Accounting Category and Accounting Class for promo codes to replace the system default Accounting Category: "Marketing Coupon" (Promo codes do not have a default Accounting Class)
- Updated the Customer Contact Report to be filtered to show only active accounts by default
- Datatable in-column search filtering has been applied to the following reports:

Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where the department column in the Revenue Report download did not match data in the Admin Portal
- Fixed a bug where the pricing was incorrect for a membership program that was added to a customer account directly and included additional systems
- Updated the error message for missing amount and type on a promo code for clarity
- Fixed a bug where the main navigation menu would not stay open after selecting the "Marketplace" tab
