Phone & email labels, simplified invoice cancellation, and Filtering added to additional reports.
- Invoice Actions > Cancel Invoice
Users are now able to cancel the invoice directly from the invoice actions menu, so users do not need to navigate away from the invoice to complete this action.
Note: You can still cancel an invoice from the Revenue report
- Quotes Report Table Update
Quotes Report will now reflect the new in-column search/filter setup as other reports in the system. This should result in faster filtering and searching for larger clients as well as more intuitive drill-down search for specific data.
- Update to Appointments Report
Service Category filter will now only return Service Categories if they were used on an appointment. Archived, unused Service Categories will not appear.
- Labels On Phone Numbers And Emails
Users are now able to add labels to phone numbers and email addresses on a customer account to more easily identify customer contact information.
- Accounting Key Updates
You can edit the accounting key for a customer's account. This will allow you to update the mapping between customer accounts in Sera and Quickbooks in the case of a mismatch or to prevent a mismatch due to a customer name change in Sera.
- Updated Company Name In Email Footer
Added full editing capabilities of company name in the Email License Information section found in Company > Customizations
- Modifications to how we send names with payments
Stax clients had trouble reconciling payments on their Stax Merchant Portal with Sera because we were sending only the second complete word to Stax as the last name. This creates issues where names like “Karen & Jim Johnson” were showing up in Stax as “Karen &”, or if a middle initial was in a name, first name and middle initial were appearing. We’ve fixed this to send all name information.
